Being a band kid

 

When you are in school you have a choice of doing an elective and the choice I made was band. The first day I walked in and the first thing I saw was the bass drum. during the first week, we learned how to play music and then we had our first music tests I was able to do nothing else except play sticking on a snare and be in time. So I became a percussionist and was NOT GOOD that was because I was not practicing. I did not have motivation.

  When I made it to intermediate I was practicing a lot and I am still in band to this day.
